Prepare HER Now presents HER Shield, a program designed to educate, protect, and empower girls with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate today’s world with confidence and awareness.
Through the generous support of a grant awarded to PHN by Dick’s Sporting Goods Foundation, we are able to provide girls with access to experienced instructors and educators who lead impactful conversations around real-life challenges. Participants will engage in sessions covering social media awareness, healthy and unhealthy dating, human trafficking, interpersonal violence, and personal safety.
HER Shield creates a safe and open environment where girls can ask questions, build awareness, and develop the confidence to recognize risks, set boundaries, and make informed decisions.
