PrepareHER Now was created from a personal journey and a heartfelt mission to empower girls as they navigate the challenges of womanhood. Like many, I entered this stage of life feeling unprepared despite having a loving, supportive family. I struggled with painful menstrual cramps, the complexities of my changing body, and uncertainty about how to move forward with confidence. These experiences opened my eyes to a larger truth: countless girls face similar challenges, often without the guidance or resources they need to feel confident and capable.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that every girl deserves to feel seen, valued, and prepared for the journey ahead.
