Prepare HER Now (PHN) is more than a nonprofit, we are a movement dedicated to empowering, educating, and equipping girls ages 8–18 with the tools, confidence, and community they need to navigate life with strength, dignity, and purpose. At the same time, we are deeply committed to supporting their guardians, because we believe it truly takes a village to raise and nurture a child. Through resources, guidance, and community, we help caregivers feel equipped, confident, and supported in leading their girls into womanhood.

We provide mentorship, life skills training, and empowerment programs designed to support the whole girl. From financial literacy and social media awareness to self-defense, health education, and emotional well-being, our programs intentionally address every aspect of her growth. We create open, safe spaces where girls can learn, ask questions, and become the best versions of themselves while ensuring their guardians have the tools to walk alongside them every step of the way.

Our programs focus on personal development, leadership, physical and emotional wellness, and community engagement, ensuring that every girl feels seen, valued, and supported. At PHN, we believe every girl, regardless of her background, deserves to feel strong, safe, and empowered. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both girls and their families, we help build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create lasting impact that extends beyond the individual.
