HER Journey: PHN x SOAR

PrepareHER Now will be hosting PHN Day — a powerful wellness experience designed for girls ages 8–18. PHN Day will feature a lineup of energizing fitness options including Barre Pilates, Dance, Pound, Spin (ages 16+), and SOAR’s signature Bungee Fitness. This event is all about movement, confidence, community, and health.

PHN Day brings girls together to explore new forms of fitness, build resilience, and have fun in a supportive, uplifting environment. Whether she wants to try something new, challenge herself, or connect with other girls, PHN Day offers an inspiring space for growth, strength, and sisterhood.
