SHE & ME is a free health and wellness event for girls ages 8–18 and their mom, mentor, sister, aunt, or friend!
Join us for a fun day of fitness, empowerment, and connection designed to strengthen confidence, family, and community.
To promote HER Journey from start to finish, this signature program is designed to inspire girls to prioritize their physical health, mental well-being, and self-confidence.
