Preparing Girls For the Future 
Prepare HER Now is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created for the girl still discovering who she is, where she
belongs, and what she is capable of becoming.​ We empower girls ages 8–18 to live without limitations by providing safe spaces, life-changing resources, mentorship, wellness education, leadership development, and community support that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.​ At PHN, girls are reminded that they are seen, supported, protected, and capable of building a future filled with confidence, purpose, and possibility.

That is why Prepare HER Now focuses on caring for the “whole girl” through a holistic approach that supports her physical, emotional, mental, and relational well-being. Through mentorship, health education, empowerment workshops, leadership development, and community engagement, we help girls build confidence, discover purpose, and grow into the best version of themselves.
